K3 Konnections Parties and Events LLC Policy

 

• Deposits are due at the time of booking. Deposits are 50% of the total price depending on the cost of services. 

• Deposits are non-refundable for parties and sweets/treats orders. If deposit is already paid, we are working on your event.

• Disrespect, threats, etc will not be accepted. You will be blocked from social media (personal page as well as business). Any deposits that are already paid will not be refunded.

• You can reschedule your event ONE TIME to an available date. 

• Remaining balance is due ONE WEEK before your event. Please let me know ahead of time if you need more time to pay your remaining balance.

• Please schedule your large events at least one month in advance. Small events such as treats tables, can be schedule two weeks before, depending on availability. 

• Rush fee for small events such as treat tables is $75.00 and will be added either to your deposit or remaining balance. Rush fee for large events is $150.

• Please be aware, if you are having a party at a hotel, I am not responsible for any problems with hotel staff. If I am not able to get past the front door with my things, I will not take altered routes (such as steps) to get to the hotel room. Money already paid will not be refunded.

• My large event packages automatically come with a 32-42 guest set up. Prices will vary if more guest is added.

• After paying for deposit, you would need to sign a contract.

• My set up requires 45 minutes-2 hours depending on the set up. If the event is being held at an event center, please get with who is over the building regarding set up time and break down time. At least 1 hour is required for break down.

• My prices include 4 hours party time. For more time, please let me know at least 1 hour before your party end. It is $50.00 per hour for extra time.
